The Growing Up Project was reborn as Bristol Fungarium in 2020 due to a passion for fungi and growing demand for organic mushroom products., concentrating on UK-bred native and exotic mushrooms of the highest quality, organically certified, and managing the entire process, from spores to sterile laboratory work, liquid mycelium cultivation, and fruiting blocks.
